Defibrillator for the Community – Schull & District Community Council have obtaining a Community Defibrillator. Eurospar have kindly offered a space for it just inside the red door between Eurospar and Barnett’s Clothes shop. We are now seeking names from people who wish to train in the use of the defibrillator. Hopefully with enough numbers, training can begin in the autumn. It is hoped that each business would put forward at least 1 member of staff to be trained so that in the event of an emergency there would be trained personnel close by to activate the defibrillator. Please contact any member of the Community Council if you or any members of your staff wish to be trained. If there is somebody in your business already trained, again please contact any member of the Community Council so we can add them to the list of trained personnel. Thank you for your co-operation in this matter…
