Schull & District Community Council will host a parade of nations through the village on Sunday Aug.29th @ 5.00pm and in conjunction with this Schull & District Community Council have asked that all the businesses’ in the village adopt a country and accordingly, adapt some aspect of the business be it shop front/window or menu in recognition of the adopted nation. To date there are 8 nations registered to take part – Australia, Japan, Italy, Ireland, Thailand, Spain, U.K & U.SA and most countries will have a number of teams in the event.
