Cork learning city

The Cork Learning City initiative aims to secure funding to promote lifelong learning opportunities in Cork. Funding is used to develop adult education programs, support community learning centers, promote digital literacy, organise educational events, collaborate with educational institutions, and support community-based learning initiatives.

FUND for students with disabilities

The FSD is committed to aiding students with disabilities in their academic pursuits.
The fund helps to provide assistance and resources so these students can feel empowered and included in their college experience – enabling them to access, engage, and thrive in their chosen college courses.

Student Universal Support Ireland (SUSI)

SUSI is Ireland’s national awarding authority for further and higher education grants. 
Two types of grants are available “Maintenance grants” and “Fee grants”.

Back to education allowance

If you’re struggling with unemployment, single-parenting, disability or a similar hardship, you may be eligible for the Department of Social Protection’s Back to Education Allowance (BTEA) which can help fund a college or university course in either Ireland.

1916 Bursary funds

The 1916 Bursary is here to champion the participation and success of those students who are most in need, and whose voices may otherwise remain unheard in higher education.
